Your files

The basic tools — merge, split, extract, organize, compress and the image converters — run entirely inside your browser using local processing. Your file is never uploaded, and you can verify that in your browser's network tab while you use them.

Future server-side operations (such as document translation) will be clearly marked before you start them. For those, files are encrypted in transit, used only to perform the operation you requested, and deleted within minutes of processing. We never use your documents for anything else, including training.

Account data

You can use every free tool without an account. If you sign in (to buy or hold credits), we store your email address and authentication identifiers with our auth provider (Supabase), plus your credit balance and transaction history — that ledger is what makes your balance auditable.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card or wallet details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers; we store only Stripe's reference identifiers (customer, payment and refund ids) needed to credit your account and honour refunds.

Analytics — no cookies, no consent banner

We use Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics service: no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal identifiers, and data processed in the EU. Because nothing is stored on your device and no personal data is collected, no cookie consent banner is required.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time — email us and we'll handle it. Deleting your account removes your personal data; anonymised transaction records may be retained where accounting law requires it.
