Refund policy

The policy

Credits are non-transferable and belong to the account that purchased them.

Unused credits are refundable on request within 14 days of purchase (the EU right of withdrawal), minus the value of credits already spent. Spent credits paid for completed operations and are not refundable.

Refunds are issued by Stripe to your original payment method, and the refunded credits are deducted from your balance — both sides stay visible in your account history.

How to request one

Email us from the address on your PDFlee account within 14 days of the purchase, naming the purchase you want refunded. We usually process requests within a few business days; the bank-side refund timing is up to your card issuer.

Something went wrong?

If an operation failed but credits were deducted, that's a bug, not a refund case — the system compensates automatically, and if it ever doesn't, contact us and we'll restore the credits regardless of the 14-day window.
